We are now in our second year of running the apartments and we take each stay personally — before arrival we send you exact instructions, during your stay we are available by phone and in person if you need anything.
What we love: the mountains in every season — skiing at Bret and Pec pod Sněžkou in winter, hiking up to the Rýchory or cycling along the traces of the old colony in summer. We love Žacléř exactly as it is — without the crowds, with a real miners soul and mountain quiet.

Žacléř is the Eastern Gate of the Krkonoše — a peaceful alternative to the crowded Špindlerův Mlýn or Pec. Over 400 years of mining history (1570–1992) shape the architecture and landscape.
Groomed tracks right above Žacléř. A quiet area without the crowds.
A few minutes by car. A family ski park and a smaller area with lifts, about 5 km of runs. Ideal for kids.
The most accessible resort in the Krkonoše: 5 wide slopes for kids and beginners, a chairlift, night skiing, free parking.
A large resort. A cable car runs up to Sněžka (1603 m), the highest mountain in the Czech Republic.
A quieter ridge with flower meadows and beautiful views. Hike from Žacléř along the blue trail.
The Bobovka toboggan run (longest in the Krkonoše, almost 1,500 m), a lift-served bike park, and the Hříčky play park — 4 ha of water play, pool, trampolines, slide.

Train to Trutnov, then bus 401 to Žacléř (about 30 min). On weekends and holidays via Královec to Lubawka (PL).

You can book via our reservation form, by e-mail or by phone. Once we receive your reservation, we'll send you the payment details for the deposit.
Each apartment has two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. The two adjacent apartments can be booked separately or together for up to 10 guests.
The reservation is bindingly confirmed after payment of a 30% deposit of the accommodation price and after sending the required personal details of the accommodated guests.
After paying the deposit, we'll send you a link to a simple registration form where you fill in the personal details of all accommodated guests. Keeping a record of accommodated guests is required by law.
Payment can be made by bank transfer (including via QR code) or by card through a payment link. You can pay in Czech crowns, euros or zlotys. The balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival; for reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is paid immediately.
A local tourist tax set by the town of Žacléř is added to the accommodation price, currently CZK 21 per person per night. Persons under 18 are exempt. The fee is paid together with the balance.
No, we don't charge a deposit.
Check-in is normally possible from 3:00 PM. If you need to arrive earlier, contact us and we'll try to accommodate you.
Check-out is normally by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Yes, a later arrival can be arranged by prior agreement.
